Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) is a state-owned limited liability company, which is formed with the approval of the State Council and jointly invested by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO), Baosteel Group Corporation, and Sinochem Corporation. With the registered capital of 19 billion RMB, COMAC is headquartered in Shanghai.

COMAC functions as the main vehicle in implementing large passenger aircraft programs in China. It is also mandated with the overall planning of developing trunk liner and regional jet programs and realizing the industrialization of civil aircraft in China. COMAC is engaged in the research, manufacture and flight tests of civil aircraft and related products, as well as marketing, servicing, leasing and operations of civil aircraft. The company has the member organizations including Shanghai Aircraft Design & Research Institute, Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co Ltd., Shanghai Aircraft Customer Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Aeronautical Science & Technology Research Institute, Flight Test Center of COMAC, Shanghai Aviation Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Commercial Aircraft Magazine Co., Ltd.

Flight Test Center of COMAC (FTCC) is one of the six centers specially established by COMAC and is also the professional civil aircraft flight test verification body of COMAC, which focuses on the implementation of production delivery flight test, scientific research flight test, certification flight test and customer support flight test of aircraft researched and developed COMAC, and is responsible for carrying out the flight missions such as demonstration flight, advertising and aerial photography assigned by COMAC. FTCC represents one of the core competences as a main manufacturer of civil aircraft specially constructed by COMAC, forms an important part in building COMAC into a world leading aviation enterprise, and fills the gap of civil aircraft industrial system in China.

Based on the demands of the research and development of C919 and ARJ21 and the development and construction of COMAC, in order to enrich the talent team, COMAC insists on the concept of "accepting talents from all lands to work together for a great cause of civil aircraft" and decide to openly recruit partial staff. II. Basic Requirements for Applicants

1. Interest in China's civil aircraft cause, be firmly confident and determined to invigorate China by civil aircraft, have the courage to overcome difficulties and setbacks, bear in mind our missions, work on the research and development of aircraft programs with confidence, engage in the "Two Builds" and be infatuated with the great cause of large aircraft.

2. Recognize the core values and corporate culture concepts of COMAC, keep the working style of "unity, cooperation, dedication and norms", get fully prepared to “struggle hard, tackle key problems, endure hardship and devote for long time”.

3. Have relevant theoretical knowledge of civil aircraft research, development and program management, solid foundation of expertise, and strong expertise transformation and application abilities.

4. Be diligent in study and thinking, be good at innovation practice, and have strong communication and coordination ability, reaction and innovation ability, program management ability, plan execution ability, and cooperation ability.

5. Under equal conditions, applicants with relevant work experience in well-known aviation enterprises and basic-level work are preferred.

III. Recruitment Procedures

1. Application

Download and fill in "FTCC Applicant's Curriculum Vitae" as required, and then send to sfhr@comac.cc by E-mail (Note: the file name of the applicant's curriculum vitae should be: Position - Applicant's Name, e.g., "Strategic Research - Zhang Qian"). The file format is required to be MS-Word97-2003, and the file size should not exceed 300K.

2. Qualification Review

FTCC will review the applicants’ qualification according to the requirements and basic conditions of each position in combination with the matching degree between an applicant and a position. Applicants passing the qualification review will be included in the interview list.

3. Interview Assessment

We will inform the applicants to attend interview by telephone, and the applicants should bring valid certificates and relevant materials to attend interview at appointed place. Interview assessment is mainly composed of structured interview, and tests for spoken and written English are required for some professional positions.

4. Check and Hire

FTCC will determine the applicants to be hired according to their interview assessment and the result of the English proficiency tests for professional positions, and handle relevant formalities according to the established procedures.

IV. Notes

1. Only standard form "FTCC Applicant's Curriculum Vitae" is acceptable during this recruitment. Please don't attach materials in any other form. Applicants should fill in associated information as required completely, and enclose your photo in the location specified in the curriculum vitae. The deadline for delivering Applicant's CV is 17:00 on August 29th (Friday), 2014. FTCC will start relevant procedures group by group for positions meeting interview and written test conditions according to the specific enrollment situation of position applying curriculum vitae.
