In order to meet the requirements for the research and development of aircraft programs as well as the construction and development of COMAC, and further accelerate human resource deployment for key links and key positions of the research and development of aircraft programs, the Human Resource Department (HR) of COMAC will organize special social recruitment for relative positions in the near future. According to the work plan and the requirements for recruiting middle to high-end talents during the recruitment, HR has planned to make use of the professional advantages of international well-known headhunters in high-end talent reserve and talent search and exploration, in order to ensure the applicability and validity of the recruitment for urgent-needed and high-end talents.

HR of COMAC held High-End Talent Headhunting Project Kick-Off Meeting on October 25th. Before the meeting, Mr. Yan Hua, Member of Party Committee and President Assistant of COMAC, met the COMAC project team of Futurestep of Korn/Ferry International, learned the preparation progress, and proposed the general requirement of "meeting international standard, selecting talents from the excellent, combining the practical condition and accelerating the schedule" for this headhunting project. During the meeting, executives of HR and relevant personnel fully exchanged ideas and discussed with the project team on the issues of recruitment positions, work period, implementation steps and work requirements, and the project team introduced the preparation of the work plan and the next step of the work plan. According to the work plan, HR of COMAC intends to organize interviews for relative positions in the near future and officially enter the phase of looking for candidates.
