The material repair service includes two phases: material delivery for repair and return, and repair fee settlement. In the material delivery and return phase, after the customer issues an exchange order, COMAC receives the customer's equipment to be repaired according to the order and agreement, sends it to the MRO for repair, and delivers the repaired equipment back to the customer. In the repair fee settlement phase, both parties verify the service fees based on the agreement terms and order, and complete the settlement. Customers can submit their requests via email or the e-commerce platform, and COMAC will respond upon receiving the request. The service includes providing material agent repair services to the customer. The goal is to provide qualified material through agent repair. The customer benefits by reducing repair management costs.
