AOG Spares Support

The AOG (Aircraft on Ground) material support service includes two phases: the quotation phase and the sales phase. In the quotation phase, after the customer expresses their purchasing intention, COMAC provides the customer with the AOG sales pricing. In the sales phase, once the customer issues a purchase order, COMAC delivers the required materials in accordance with the order and the terms of the agreement. Customers can submit their requests via email or the e-commerce platform, and COMAC will respond upon receiving the request. The service includes 24/7 AOG response and sales support to meet the customer’s material needs. The goal is to provide qualified materials for AOG troubleshooting, ensuring customers receive the materials necessary for their AOG resolution. The service is available to all customers.
