The first COMAC Business Jet (CBJ) was officially put into commercial operation on June 22nd, 2026. The inaugural flight ceremony, themed with "Ten Years of Safety Forging National Wings · A New Chapter of Business Jet Embarking on a Glorious Journey", was held in the form of a chartered flight from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to Beijing Capital International Airport. Mr. Shen Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC), Mr. Yu Shihai, Member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee and CFO of COMAC, Mr. Ding Yongzheng, Senior Vice President of Fangda Group and Chairman of HNA Airlines Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhou Wei, President of Deer Jet Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Shanghai Deer Jet Aviation Co., Ltd., and other leaders cut the ribbon for the inaugural flight ceremony.

 

 

　　CBJ is a derivative of C909 aircraft, which is defined as a large high-end customized business jet. CBJ has a spacious cabin space, allowing for a flexible seating layout of 12-29 seats. The cabin is divided into relatively independent functional areas such as rest areas, conference areas, reception areas and dining areas as needed, and is equipped with the latest generation of in-flight entertainment system, which fully meets personalized customization requirements.
