Mr. Zhang Xiaoguang, Han nationality, born in January 1977, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He graduated as a postgraduate and a Doctor of Economics. He is currently a Member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of COMAC.
