Mr. Luo Xingping, Han nationality, born in April 1970, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and graduated as a postgraduate. He is currently a Member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee of COMAC, Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of COMAC, and Supervisory Attache of the State Committee of Supervisory of the People's Republic of China in COMAC.
