Mr. He Dongfeng, Han nationality, born in April 1966, is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He graduated as a Master of Engineering. He is currently the Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC).

He was elected as an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee and a member of the 10th and the 11th CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee.
