Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) held COMAC Supplier Conference 2021 in Nanchang, Jiangxi on April 13th, 2021. Representatives of more than 100 suppliers attended the conference on site or via remote video to review the development progress of each program, discuss the work schedule for 2021, and sort and solve important and difficult problems together with COMAC, in order to ensure that key milestones of each program for the year are achieved. Mr. Zhao Yuerang, President of COMAC, and Mr. Zhou Xinmin, Member of Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of COMAC, attended the conference.

Mr. Zhou Xinmin extended gratitude to all suppliers for their great support to COMAC in the research and development of aircraft programs. He pointed out that COMAC had worked together with domestic and foreign suppliers to overcome various difficulties, and had passed an extraordinary year. Looking into the future, COMAC expected to work together with all partners and take innovation as a driving force to brave the wind and the wave, and make a concerted effort on the "wide runway" of civil aircraft manufacturing.

At the conference, COMAC respectively notified the market development of the company, the development progress and follow-up plans of C919 program and ARJ21 program, the status about batch production and operation support, and the quality performance of suppliers, and put forward relevant requirements on suppliers for the aspects such as purchase & supply chain management and quality airworthiness control. At the conference, winners of 2020 Supplier of the Year Performance Excellence Awards and Outstanding Individual Contribution Award for the trunk liner career were commended.

Nearly 400 representatives of domestic and foreign suppliers attended the conference on site, and more than 330 representatives attended the conference online.
