COMAC 2012 C919 Development Work Conference

Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC) held the 2012 C919 Development Work Conference on February 8th, 2012.

Mr. Jin Zhuanglong, Chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of COMAC, made a speech titled "Remember our mission, shoulder heavy responsibilities, and work hard for successful completion of C919 development task" at the conference. Mr. He Dongfeng, President of COMAC, put forward particular requirements for C919 development in 2012. CFO Tian Min, on behalf of COMAC, announced the new appointments of senior executives for C919 Administrative Steering System, i.e. appointing Mr. Jin Zhuanglong also as Chief Commander of C919 Program, Mr. He Dongfeng also as Executive Deputy Chief Commander of C919 Program, and Mr. Wu Guanghui and Mr. Wu Yue also as Deputy Chief Commanders. Mr. Wu Guanghui, VP of COMAC and Chief Designer of C919 Program, also presented a work report titled "Be determined to meet challenges, and make great efforts to meet the objectives of C919 development".
